My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is excellent, being super close to the outlet shops, but some aspects like room service and staff attitude needed improvement. The breakfast offered was average, leaning towards benefiting the hotel financially rather than focusing on guest satisfaction. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean and conveniently situated near Premium Outlet.
